We're located just east of US-31 at the corner of Comstock Street and 168th Avenue. The beaches and boardwalk of downtown Grand Haven are a short drive away, and US-31 provides easy access to Spring Lake, Holland, and Muskegon.

Pet Policy

Piper Lakes Apartment Homes is a pet friendly community. For safety and courtesy, pets must be well behaved; they must remain on a leash whenever they are out of their apartment home, unless they are inside the dog park. Residents are responsible for their pets and must comply with the terms of the lease agreement and community rules. A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. Select breeds are prohibited. The decision to allow any dog is at the sole discretion of management. Additional fees and restrictions may apply. See Lease Agreement for details.
